Vote on Alito Delayed--ACT NOW

This means something:
Senate Panel's Vote on Alito Delayed Until Next Week: "The top Republican and Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee reached an agreement yesterday evening to wait until next Tuesday to vote on the nomination of Samuel A. Alito Jr. to the Supreme Court."
  • It means you have more time to convince those you know how dangerous a unitary presidency is for us now and in the future; Bob Barr and Al Gore agree.
We do not know how Alito stands on the issue of unitary presidency because he evaded the question. That is a question that must be unequivocally answered. The outcome goes to the core of our national foundations. We do know that along with John Roberts, Alito has tacitly supported Bush's questionable deviations from precedent. What does that mean?

"The President has dared
the American people
to do something about it.
For the sake of the Constitution,
I hope they will."

--Bob Barr
